These reports will asset you in determining loss of coverage and help develop accurate cost estimates that will reduce the total claim payout.
The technicians at the Leak Doctor have gone through extensive training. The sounds a water makes in a pressurized pipes are very important and can identify what type of leak you have. For instance, if the vibrations coming from the pipes make a ‘whoosh’ or ‘hishing’ sound can indicate a pressure reduction and there is definitely water intrusion.
A ‘babbling brook’ or ‘splashing’ sound can indicate water is flowing around the pipe. A rapid ‘thumping’ or ‘beating’ is the sound of water striking on the wall. While a small ‘clicking’ sound indicates a small leak.
There are many factors to take into consideration, such as how loud the sounds are and other sounds. Other considerations include the surface of the pipe, the pressure of the pipe, pipe material, and diameter. The surface also plays a role, type of soil, depth of the soil, concrete, or wood flooring.
